I didn't find it in the section near the other dairy products nor from the lady behind the cheese counter. Directly next to the counter at "my" Migros is a display of cheeses that the cheese counter people pre-slice and wrap, which is where I found the cheese.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03053020814428192067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-66274272499036016902009-09-08T02:17:25.075-07:002009-09-08T02:17:25.075-07:00Hi Amanda, Where did you buy this cheese? Instead got Winzer Classic, a semi-hard cows milk cheese treated with red wine. The red wine made it sound interesting! It was good.Anneliesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077816777760947339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-2147327650975989742009-08-30T04:54:50.871-07:002009-08-30T04:54:50.871-07:00To get a feeling of "la Romandie", I wou...To get a feeling of "la Romandie", I would try out the Tête de Moine (Jura bernois, Jura), the Vacherin Mont-d´Or (Vaud) und the Fromage Chaux-d'Abel (Jura Bernois) and of course both the Gruyère and the Vacherin fribourgeois (Fribourg)Javejavorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04707811231560324000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-49503770564797406462009-08-27T08:21:55.395-07:002009-08-27T08:21:55.395-07:00Mmmmm. Goat cheese is great but I'm afraid Chicago is too far away from your Swiss Valley to sample that Herdsman cheese.Fly Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18191335990973494972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-40664510066215860202009-08-27T07:07:53.752-07:002009-08-27T07:07:53.752-07:00Being still fairly new in this cheese and chocolat...Being still fairly new in this cheese and chocolate country I'm never sure what cheese to buy. (Chocolate of course is not a problem, they're all good!) I will now go look for this Herdsmen cheese and try it. Thanks for the tip!Anneliesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077816777760947339noreply@blogger.com
