As someone who has yet to get pregnant, I just am totally in awe and wonder at you and all my friends going through those incredible 9/10 months!
xoxox,
Lar

p.s. If you are looking for non-toxic nail polishes in great colors (and with pretty good shine too), I love Priti Nail Polishes. I used to buy them when I was stateside. The colors are long-lasting and beautiful, and the nail polish remover (also non-toxic) works so well.
http://www.pritinyc.com/AsianCajunshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03509266779848974387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-71238817319061455052012-10-05T09:52:22.579-07:002012-10-05T09:52:22.579-07:00oh my gosh honey, I am so incredibly happy and exc...oh my gosh honey, I am so incredibly happy and excited for you!!!

Also, I read Birthing From Within during my second pregnancy and together with the birth prep done by my Osteo, it made a HUGE difference in my birthing experience! I was so much calmer and felt both in control and ok not being in control... I didn't let myself be bossed into specific positions, especially the dreaded laying on your back BS! SO grateful to my friend for lending me that book!Elisa @ Crazy, Amazing Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02886112221446685560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-85327482979353689772012-10-04T13:38:17.686-07:002012-10-04T13:38:17.686-07:00Hi Tina! I think Julian has a baby bath tub to give me, but if I am wrong about that, then yes, I'll take it! ;)Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03053020814428192067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7878125636844884536.post-43263373693824209792012-10-03T12:50:36.162-07:002012-10-03T12:50:36.162-07:00I haven't stopped by and read in awhile since ...I haven't stopped by and read in awhile since I stopped blogging - but HI!

The end of the 2nd tri and beg of the 3rd tri was my favorite time. Big enough - but not yet uncomfortable.

I did Bradley and it helped . . . but not the way I hoped it would. Things can change fast and we didn't get the birth we wanted. (signs of pre-eclampsia and super high blood pressure) But - our teacher said as long as you have a happy mama, happy baby, and happy family, it is all good.

The hardest part of the whole thing was those first couple nights home. BFing (if your planning on it) can be extremely challenging and was harder on me emotionally and physically then anything to do with the birth. I was prepared for the emotions of birth, but not for the flood of hormones associated with a newborn that first week. As a very logical practical person, I found myself a total emotional nutcase. Know that it's totally normal. :) And the physical pain was extreme. Bloody, cracked, and sever enough that I cried all day long and dreaded every feeding. But after 4 crazy weeks, mastitis, and many visits with lactation, we struck a balance between BF, FF, and EPing.

Wishing you all the best!!!! Good luck! Enjoy the end, you're in ...What a great update! Enjoy the end, you're in the home stretch! If you want any remedies for the vericose veins call or email me, I have dealt with them on 2 pregnancies! I say good choice on your birth class, I took Bradley and had all this knowledge but little practice coping and staying relaxed during pain, hypnobirthing was a huge help but I'm sure your BWI class will achieve the same results! I have a baby bath tub you can have if you want it. GOod luck on your cloth diapering too, I have tried it before and was unsatisfied and gave up but I am just now trying again with Flip diapers and some hemp prefolds.
